CDR & Data Connections

Secure energy data access, without the spreadsheet chase.

Consumer Data Right

IQ LAB connects to participating Australian energy retailers through the Consumer Data Right, using secure, consent-based access. CDR energy coverage now includes over 30 retailers, including many of the major retailers used by Australian businesses.

Once authorised by the account holder, energy data flows into IQ LAB to support bill validation, usage analysis, demand insights, procurement and reporting. Where required, IQ LAB can also work with bill uploads, metering, solar and battery feeds, Wattwatchers, inverter data and approved API connections.

Available where CDR energy data is supported by the retailer and the customer is eligible. Other data connections are subject to site setup, asset availability and approved access.
